We are a couple of average Singaporeans (meaning people from Singapore) who were bitten by the travel bug. After working for about 4 years, I first quit my job as an engineer and my wife soon resigned from hers to join me. We belong to the average working class, working in average companies with average salaries. We are not corporate high flyers who have amassed lots of money only to later discover that they were burned out from having so much money and then set to travel the world at the same time choosing to tell everyone about their high-strung adventures. I must admit I am always envious when I hear about such travellers but we work with what we have. We are only a couple of people hoping to travel as much as possible. In late 2009, we set off on our travels with staying in London for about a year then continued to travel in Europe for an additional 3 months at the start of 2011. We are now back in Singapore and are saving up for our next trip.
We hope our travels will inspire others to do the same. Eventually, I hope to become a travel writer and with my writings, transport my readers to new and exciting places.
Also, we are always looking for sponsors! We aim to bring you reviews of places we have been to and especially accommodation that we have stayed. Most often hotels provide very limited information and you never quite know what you are going to get until you stepped into your room. All photos are taken by us unless stated and all our reviews are written from first hand personal experience.
