Well, this is an interesting place and we decided to drop by this location on our way back to London. Since we were in a hurry and we just marked down the location as indicated in Google Maps UK, we almost missed this place. This is not the first time Google Maps UK has failed us and I wished they would really stop providing such wrongly placed labels. Better to not provide any at all in my honest opinion! That will make me use the satellite map together with street map to get a clearer picture of the places I want to go.
As we were about to leave, my wife spotted a reflection off an information board across a row of trees. We make our way across and realized we were finally in the correct place. This place consists of trees and hedges carefully planted in various patterns to let visitors feel as if they were in a cathedral. However, you do need lots of imagination! The trees were planted in stages by Mr EK Blyth between 1931 and 1939. Starting from 1953, religious services were held in this tree cathedral and they continue even till today.

First time we heard of a tree cathedral and the place offers loads of peace and quiet. Good for a walk among the trees.
