Hello there! If you are new here, you might want to subscribe to the RSS feed, follow me on Twitter or like me on Facebook for the latest updates.

24th April 2010 Morning

Wakehurst is National Trust’s most visited attraction and I have come here to see for myself why. This place is a huge botanical garden with flora collected from all over the world from Himalayas to Korea. A walk round the place would take more than 2 hours over a hilly terrain. Fortunately, most of the highlights are located near the entrance. A seed bank is also established here in 2000 which would hopefully save some flora from extinction.

Admission: Adults £10.75, Children (under 17) FREE
