After reading some excellent reviews online, I have decided to visit this place. Since the house only accepts timed tickets, meaning they will allow a maximum number of visitors into the building per every half hour, I have pre-booked them online to avoid being disappointed. Due to the winter season, only a small part of the manor is opened and the outdoor sculptures were mostly wrapped up. Hence we still ended up being disappointed. However, that small part of the manor was very excellent and I am very intrigued to visit again so that I can tour more of the manor. I can’t show you the interior as the management does not allow photography within the manor, but it will probably serve you better to come and see for yourself.

If it looks familiar, you might have seen this place in the “Mummy: Tomb of the Emperor” movie.
They hammered spikes into the wall in a grid to get the vines to grow to this pattern.
We were expecting to see some magnificent statues and we were surprised.
The contemporary statues were not wrapped up.
Part of the aviary.
The stables. Now it has a cafe and a shop.
